Interview
They start with peI recently interviewed for a Software Engineer position, and the process was pretty thorough. It started with an initial phone screen where I spoke with a recruiter about my background, interests, and the basics of the role. After that, I had a technical screening over Zoom, where I had to solve a few coding problems live using an online editor. The interviewer wanted to see how I approach problems and how I explain my thinking out loud.

Question 1
One of the questions I got during the interview was a classic coding challenge. The interviewer asked me to write a function that checks whether a string is a palindrome—that is, if it reads the same forwards and backwards. I had to implement the solution on a shared coding platform while talking through my logic.

Interview
TLDR; Job was Reposted 2 hours after rejection.
Applied for both the Software Engineer 1 & 2 position. I got a call back about a month later after the original posting with a recruiter call and initial meeting with the hiring manager within the same week. Manager said he found me overqualified for the role and why I want the job. Weird because what happened next showed they just wasted my time.
After saying that they want to gather all the feedback notes from their interviews, they said they'd reach out to me in a week. Followed up and heard nothing. Received rejection emails for both roles on Saturday, ONLY FOR THE JOB TO BE REPOSTED 2 HOURS LATER! Also this is now the 3rd posting of these roles.
Yea they aren't looking for anybody so don't bother wasting your time. Probably doing it for shareholders or to scare employees straight.
