I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Medtronic in Sep 2022
Interview
One of the managers contacted me via email. First initial interview is talking about your background and a small coding portion via zoom. Moved on the the panel interview right after the initial screening. Panel interview was with the dev manager and another dev which went extremely well for the first round. Asked basic STAR questions. Final panel interview was with a senior dev and the hiring manager. The WORST interview I've ever been apart of. The senior dev cut me off a number of times. The hiring manager and senior dev were not on the same page. For this round there was a coding question and I literally walked them through my pseudo code and the senior dev said, "how are you going to do that?" right after explaining it to him. The hiring manager and senior dev was extremely unprofessional. Note to medtronic, don't put people in the technical interview if they don't know coding.
