I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Hyderabad) in Sep 2020
Interview
The interview process spanned across three months for me. I went through about 6 rounds, each being held about 2-3 weeks after the previous one. The 1st round was an online test which measured my technical aptitude in ASP.NET, C# and Angular. The second round was a technical round and conducted over teams. The third round was with a manager who quizzed me around technical and behavioral questions. The fourth round was with the Product architect and senior managers. This one was more around system design approaches, and tested my behavioral traits. The fifth was with the Head of Engineering who again quizzed me around my resume and also assessed behavioral traits. The final round was with the hiring manager who just had a walkthough on my resume and asked me questions about my past experiences.
After waiting for about 2 weeks after my final round, I was told that they felt that I was not the one fitting the bill, although I had satisfied all the panelists that I met during these 3 months.
