Medtronic Quality Control interview questions

Very laid back interview, seemed really friendly, was three people interviewing me at the same time, seemed genuinely interested in me, had an assessment the following week which they said would take 10 days to get the results from but more than three weeks later there has been no update

all interviews are done as the "star" -situation-task-action-results nothing that really had anything about the job you were applying for. It was all about your situations annd how you solved them at other companies
