I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
Phone screen with company HR. Followed by on-site interview with 3 groups from team.
Good experience with team members, but hiring manager went a bit off topic in my opinion, and asked more questions about my current companies sales and business than about my experience and how I could contribute to new company. We definitely did not hit it off in interview. That’s ok, I knew it wouldn’t be a good fit, but then it took 4 months for the company to get back to me about anything. By then I had moved on, but it was not professional.

The recruiter was nice and explained the process clearly for me. First round was a phone screen with the recruiter. Second round was with the hiring manager. The third and final round was a panel with the hiring manager, the director of the division and the team members.
