It was pretty straightforward. Two phone interviews with my future boss, and her boss. Then 6 in-person interviews with future team mates. We talked about previous experiences and thoughts on L&D. Ended up more of a conversations than a traditional interview, which was nice — though they did have a pre-prepared sheet of things to cover.
