Medallia Client Services/Solutions Analyst interview questions

Went to a job fair and an info session from an on campus recruiting. Had recruiter take my resume and applied online as well. Initial phone interview was just under 2 hours with 2 current employees of Medallia. Both asked behavioral questions pertaining to both client and service sections. Two brain teaser questions were asked as well. Other than that, just ran through resume and past experiences. After the initial interview, contacted a day later to complete a "Challenge" which had two parts, 1) Describing details of a website so a programmer could follow the directions 2) A problem that needs to be solved using excel. Passed initial interview, but did not get second interview after completing the Challenge.

I was really excited when I found out that I was getting interviewed by Medallia. During my first half hour phone interview the interviewer was extremely nice and immediately offered me a second interview. I was informed that the second interview consisted of two back to back hour long interviews over phone. I talked to a friend who had interviewed with them before. She referred to Medallia as " the crazy interview". She said the first woman was really nice. She moved onto the two hour interview. She said the first person was extremely nice and asked normal questions and then second interview was rude. I had two different people though so I was hoping it would be different. I was wrong. The first girl was really nice and our hour went pretty fast. There were no questions out of the ordinary. Then I got on the phone with my next interviewer. I was immediately asked about three things I learned in the last interview. Other questions I was asked consisted of explaining how I would design an email survey so that I could be sure people would open it. I was also asked to solve a mind teaser. The interviewer didn't hesitate to take every chance he could to boast about his UCLA education and disagree with everything I had to say. I finished the interview not wanting the job anymore. Maybe they purposely tell the second person to be harsh, I really don't know. I didn't get a third interview. Big surprise. I don't mean to sound bitter because I was more frustrated because I felt like they were wasting my time. Let UCLA man cover the first half hour interview and tell me I'm not right for the job off the bat because being insulted for a half hour is much preferable to an hour and if I'm not right for a job I'd rather not waste two a half hours running up my phone bill.
