Medallia interview questions

The process was smooth and pretty fast. End to end done in 2.5 weeks. Had 5 rounds . 1. Recruiter Screening 2. HM Screening 3. Skip manager 4. PM Skills 5. Tech round with DS 6. Tech Round with T- PgM 7. Final Round with CXO

Far too long, don’t waste your time. I was given a total of 7 interviews and scheduled for an 8th that never ended up happening as I was informed I was no longer in running for the role, 15 minutes before said interview. These interviews took place over a span of several months and oftentimes were canceled and rescheduled. The interviewees themselves were nice and the team culture seemed decent which is why I continued in the process. My thoughts as a candidate are - this process needs immense refinement. An interview should be at max 4 interviews (including recruiter screen) Medallia’s process is nearly double that. If I were looking at this company, I wouldn’t even bother applying knowing what I know now. This is a disgusting process and was a waste of my two months and several hours of interviews.
