Medallia Client Success Manager interview questions

The process was extremely long, I had a total of 3 interviews of out 5 for basically a sales job. It was a very useless and lengthy process for no reason and most of the interviews were conversational. If you can't understand if a person is qualified after 3 interviews or less, your process is broken. Needing 5 interviews to figure out if someone is qualified means your company does not know how to hire.
