Mecca Brands interview questions

Online interview and activities reviewed by an AI, followed by In person interview if successful first round. The first round was clear, high tech and easy to follow. Heaps of interesting questions. The second was a mess. The regional manager was late. Unorganized with only a scribbly notebook. No questions prepped. My CV did not seem to be reviewed. The questions were vague and broad. Bad mouthing the current Managers of the business and not interested in my answers other than ideas from my current employer. Also took 3 months and 2 follow ups to even get a response.

A video interview invitation link was sent to my email. Questions will only be released 2mins prior to recording began. 30 seconds were given as preparation time after question was revealed.
