Mecca Brands interview questions

Applied online through Mecca Workday Careers. Was asked to complete an online pre-recorded video interview. 3-4 questions pop up on the screen, had 1 minute to read and 2 minutes to answer. Had to play a series of puzzle games (?) to test mathematical knowledge. Was then invited to complete a 1-on-1 virtual interview with a Regional Manager. This involved introduction, roleplay activities etc. Due to covid had to postpone hiring process for around a month. Was then hired and asked to join 2 days of induction training via Zoom and complete documents for onboarding!

The first stage of the MECCA interview is ONLINE ASSESSMENT, which includes 3 Sections. Section 1 is Video Interview with 8 questions, includes General Information Questions and Behavioural Questions. Section 2 is 2 questions about your Notice Period and Salary Expectation. Section 3 is 3 mini-games. The whole process is around 30 min.
