Initial interview was held via HireVue, a virtual interview program. I was asked questions about myself as well as the MECCA brand and my answers were recorded as a video.
It was a little chaotic. After you applied online and got through to the interview process, it wasn't really an 'interview' at all. It was like doing a test from High School- maths questions included. Everything was timed and I'm pretty sure it was also filmed. If you are an anxious person or someone who prefers a more chilled interview process, this is one to prep for, for sure.
