I applied online. I interviewed at Mecca Brands (Sídney) in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied online through their website. My first interview was in the the city. There were about 50 girls or more. There were about 2 mini interviews by 2 different people. each interview had about 10 questions. It was a big hall and we were divided into seperate groups. Questions were quite general and hardly based on makeup. Then I was emailed for the 2nd interview which was also in the city. That was one on one interview. The questions were mostly based on makeup.
Group interview was great they really try and hire based and personality some who fits the “Mecca” mentality. You watch a video in the beginning and everyone leaves with a Mecca gift bag
First was an virtual interview, where you are given questions to answer and your answer is then recorded. Second interview was a 1-to-1 online interview. Person interviewing me was very nice. Heard there was a third group interview, but haven't gone to that point yet.
