I applied through college or university. I interviewed at McDonald's (Edimburgo, Escocia) in May 2025
Interview
The interview was pretty much what you’d expect. They spent a good chunk of time asking about my background and experience, what I’ve worked on previously, and what I learned from it. After that, the questions shifted more into how I’d handle different situations—things like problems that come up day to day, tricky stakeholders, and how I approach decision-making when there isn’t an obvious answer

Interview was prompt and easily set up. Staff was busy and had to cut interview short. Hiring Manager was professional. Really enjoyed that they showed up unlike Taco Bells hiring Manager that was not there for the auto interview.
