I was given a questionnaire to fill out at the interview, it was simple and straight forward to fill out. I was then asked additional question afterwards the question included things about teamwork, availability and motivation.

The Hiring Manager asked simple questions about availability, previous experience, reliability, and handling customer interactions. The interview was welcoming, entry-level, and designed to assess attitude and willingness to learn.

In-person interview at the store location after completing the online video assessment. The process was straightforward and not very difficult. The interviewer asked basic questions about availability, previous experience, teamwork, customer service, and how I would handle busy shifts or difficult customers.

Interview was prompt and easily set up. Staff was busy and had to cut interview short. Hiring Manager was professional. Really enjoyed that they showed up unlike Taco Bells hiring Manager that was not there for the auto interview.
