Standard phone screen with HR after applying. Then I was sent a hackerrank link to complete within 90 minutes. After completing the hackerrank you talk to a manager, however this talk with the manager for me wasn't a conversation on my skills, it was just a textbook quiz on OOP/Databases with questions trying to trick you. Not very professional or an accurate way to measure my background. Being booksmart on obscure computer science knowledge does not mean you're a good developer

Short and quick I think they already had a candidate on mind. In person handshake was odd. Waited a long time in waiting room. Was this helpful maybe maybe not.
