The interview process was conducted as an on-campus opportunity. Candidates were initially shortlisted based on CGPA and invited to the company office. On the first day, there was an online assessment, after which candidates were further shortlisted for interviews.
The interview process consisted of three rounds — two technical rounds followed by an HR-technical round. The technical rounds mainly focused on projects, core Python knowledge, and understanding of concepts relevant to an SDE role. The company places strong emphasis on internships and projects (around 90%), while communication skills seemed to have relatively less weightage.
The Technical round was comparatively easier for someone with good project knowledge and Python skills. However, there was also an expectation of familiarity with SAP technologies, which I personally lacked. I reached the final round but was not selected.
Overall, the process was structured and project-focused, but having prior exposure to SAP technologies appears to be an advantage.
