Phone interview with first interview with department manager and second interview with department director and a team member. They asked some situational questions and some technical questions. Overall the interview went well and was very casual.
Interview was straight forward with a series of questions about all areas of HR. Interview was about 1 hour long and with only one interviewer. They were looking for examples of contributions, value added projects and contributions.
