Two step interview: one with CEO, one with many members of the team. They gave off some red flags. I did not proceed further as it seems like they basically wanted someone to come in and fix all of their HR problems. It seemed like the interviewer wanted to take my company culture ideas and claim them as her own.

Interview
5 interviewers each one of them were stakeholder and were looking for different information. Some old school, some new school, so you have to tactically manage expectations. The interview was overall difficult, though not because of the knowledge you have but because of the complexity of the organization and the expectations of stakeholders.

Technical and behavioural questions, 10 mins technical and 20 mins behavioural . Mostly based on their company principles . Situation based also. Which software are you acquainted of. Describe yourself and how does it align with the job.
