Initially I had a call with the U.S based product owner and another agile PM. They asked me to talk through my cv and answer questions relevant to the roll. The interview was fairly informal and actually quite enjoyable. The U.S. Hiring managers were very agreeable and took a genuine interest. The interview took place over video conference and there was a time delay which you would have to manage.
Round 2 - took placed with head of recruitment in Dublin. This was by contrast and negative experience as she attempted to find gaps in my cv and question my skills, experience. This was an attempt to understand how I would react in tough situations. Stay calm, confident and know yourself.
