I was contacted by the recruiter, asking if I was interested in participating in the selection process.
I said yes and applied for the position, two weeks later I received an email scheduling the 30-minute interview.
I thought that this first interview would be with the recruiter, who usually makes the first assessment and then forwards it to the business area.
However, the interview was directly with the business area.
The interview was rushed, it seemed they were in a hurry, after all I had only about 15 minutes to talk about my
experience, as the other 15 minutes were spent on the introduction, explanation of the vacancy, etc.
Anyway, the interview was short, rushed. After a week I received a standard email saying I was not approved.
I was disappointed with the way the interview was conducted, but anyway, it's part of the game!
