Interview
I enjoyed the first 2 rounds of interview and skills. Was told that they will move me to a 3rd round with the global head. Was ghosted by Mastercard after that. I sent emails at the 2 week 4 week 6 week 8 week Mark to ask abt the 3rd round. There were no replies from their HR. Finally the job reposted online and the HR said that oh we are not considering you for the post anymore. Which was contradicting to what the interviewer said. Oh well.
Multiple 30 minute interview. All one on one. No practical assessment. The process has been quite slow. It’s not really clear to me why it’s been so slow, but they have acknowledged it.
Horrible. I went through four rounds of interviews and then never heard back from them. Not even a rejection. When I followed up, the recruiter pointed blame and said they’d follow up and I still never heard back. Very unprofessional.

Awful experience. They never followed up. Had to insist multiple times to get an answer. I do not recommend this to anyone. They are so rude and disrespectful. One would think that a company this big would have better practices but alas! No.
