Interview
For Bizops Position.
First had to do a Hirevue style pre-recorded interview. After that I was invited to an interview for the Bizops Engineer position. The interview was back to back 45 minute interviews. The first was with a team member and was much more behavioral; the behavioral was basically a good conversation. The second interview was supposed to be technical but honestly was basically just another resume review with a director and they asked me one question about a technical part of my resume.

Casos de negocio y preguntas comportamentales. Eran dos entrevistas, cada una con una persona diferente. Un caso era liderado por el entrevistador, el otro lo liderabas tu y debias hacer supuestos.

Interview
Easy video camera and some easy to answer questions about situations where you took ownership, some group experience you have worked on, or something similar. It is very similar to the rest of interviews for internships. But it really depends on the manager you get assigned to.

at the beginning a cv screening, then if you pass there are some behavioural interviews as well as case interviews consulting style. Moreover, if you add a third language, a small interview to check the level is scheduled
