I applied online. I interviewed at Mastercard (Atenas, , Ática) in Dec 2025
Interview
3 interview steps: 1)video interview in english without an interviewer, 3 questions appear on the screen and you answer in a video, you have 2 chances to record each answer (2-3 mins each answer) (don't wait for the last seconds to press the button "retake the video" cause it lags and you'll miss it), 2,3) The same interview done twice just with a different interviewer. First part was in greek and then the case study was in english. They talk about the company for 20mins and then they ask you like 1-2 questions and then you take a very light case study test, in each interview, in which they dont want you to really analyze, just to come up with some numbers, after you ask the needed question to get all the numbers you need for the calculation and at the end to give some recomendations.
