1. Lots of recruiting events to get connected with the candidates and give candidates resources to prepare for interviews (These were very beneficial and made recruiting process clear)
2. Online one way interview with a blend of behavioral questions and mini case questions

Question 1
They asked two case questions and typical behavioral questions (Tell me about a time when...)
An online asynchronous video interview, with a mix of Korean and English behavioural and mini-case questions. Afterwards, an online synchronous interview asking clarifying questions about your resume, and case-style questions (not a formal case-interview).
I did a video interview at the end of October and I was supposed to receive an answer within 10 days. I received the rejection in February, despite all the attempts in texting the recruiter.

Standard consulting case interview featuring two back-to-back case studies, followed by several behavioral questions assessing problem-solving skills, structured thinking, communication abilities, and overall fit with the firm’s culture and values.
