My interview process started off as one on one with the hiring manager. We discussed my prior experiences and my abilities. I progressed into speaking with two of the managers and started my onboarding process immediately.

How can we benefit from hiring you?
After you apply they call you to set up and in-person interview. From their you go to the store location to get interviewed which doesn’t require formal attire. Essentially you’ll know right away whether you are hired or not because if you are they will let you know when your orientation is that same day.
Asks about team building and how to handle customers when they are upset or if they are looking to steal as you cannot physically do anything. How would you detour them verbally.
