It was pretty generic, just prepare by looking up interview questions online. They ask how you work in a team, and how you would act in certain scenarios since it is customer service based.

Question 1
They asked what to do in situations that you have trouble with a customer.
The interview process took a few days. After completing the job application there was a group interview. The final interview was with the store manager. They reached out to me within two days to make an offer.
Very laid back process. Only answered a few general questions about me, and how I would react in certain situations and I got offered the job. Training wise, it was easy and you'll get the hang of it by the end of the week.
