Marshalls interview questions

Mostly Soft Skills are emphasized. They really need to have employees that show up and be on time. Asked about transferrable skills. Reviewed time off policies and procedures for the position

I had two interviews, phone screen and a virtual interview for the final one. The questions being asked weren't really about my experience it was more that they were trying to see if I was willing to drive long distances for the company. The role that was provided was over 60 miles even though the position I applied for was only 20 miles no biggie but weird.
