Talk with manager find out about the job ask question step up next interview went in they asked me more questions set up a day and time for me to start working and trained in every department in the store then went to my department

After submitting my application I was called back the next day and went in for my first interview three days later. The manager was very friendly and I felt comfortable because he was easy going and not so harsh like I was expecting. A few days after that I had a second interview with a different lady that also went well and pretty much the same as my first one. I had no idea I got the job until one of the managers called me asking where I was (because I wasn't at orientation).
