I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marshalls (North Myrtle Beach, Horry, SC) in Feb 2016
Interview
I walked in the front door and asked a woman at the register where to go for my interview. They said I had to fill out an in-store application since I applied through Snag-a-job. It took about 20-30 minutes before they actually took me back to the office for the interview. Interview took less than 15 minutes. I wasn't really sure if I had the job or not until they called me a few days later to set up a time for me to come in.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Marshalls (Oro Valley, AZ) in Jun 2015
Interview
Picked up an application in-store and submitted the application the same day. The following day I received a call for an interview later that week. I was hired on the spot after a 2-part interview. First part, I was asked questions from assistant manager while during the second part I was asked questions from general manager. Easy interview process and comfortable, relaxed setting.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Marshalls (Fremont, CA) in May 2016
Interview
The interview was easy, I was only asked one question. The rest was just a conversation about my future plans. She asked me when I would be going back to school and where I planned on working after I graduate. She also just looked through application I filled out. I suspect I didn't get the position because they wanted someone full time and I needed to leave after summer was over.
