I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marshalls (Placentia, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I remember having to wait awhile for the manager to be available for the interview, once he got done we went to the back office, he asked me about my previous experience.. I was hired on the spot, a few days later he called me for orientation, and a few days after that I started working
I applied in person and received a call back a week later. An interview was scheduled and I interviewed with a manager. It was very easy and calm. Highly recommended for a high schooler just looking for a part time position.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marshalls (Buena Park, CA) in Oct 2012
Interview
I had a one on one interview with one of the managers. It was a nice experience for a "first time job", as it was very simple, straight forward, and casual. The interview took place before opening hours, so the manager was able to give me her full attention. The interviewer was mostly interested in my availability and flexibility, as the job itself doesn't require that much skills. Overall, it was a pretty relaxed interview.
