Interview
It was a two stage interview process at a job fair for their new location. First interview was on the spot, at the rented conference room, lasted about 15 minutes, was very generic questions about yourself and understanding the roles and responsibilities of the job. If they liked you, they would tell you to come back for a in-depth interview the following day. The in- depth interview was roughly 30-40 minutes with one of the managers. They asked questions towards customer service and past experiences with employers, sports teams and/or employees. If you did well on that interview, they would call you within the next week.
