I applied online. I interviewed at Marshalls (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
It was a fast interview, but very thorough explaining the position. It was nice, positive, and prompt he offered training. The Manager was kind, helpful, and very understanding. He gave me a tour the first day and told me than that I was hired.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Marshalls (Folsom, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied online and later got a call for an interview and was asked to bring my resume. When I got there, the manager asked me if I had my resume and job application. I told her that I didn't have a job application because I applied online, that was my job application, so afterwards she made me fill in another print application. During my interview with her, the manager was very stoic and by the tone of her voice, one could assume she really hated her job. I was having a major anxiety attack with the person interviewing me. Whenever I replied to something and she didn't like it, she'd sigh and ignore whatever I said and just moved on to another question.
After the interview was over, she told me that "I get a lot of applications and we're always hiring people every two weeks." Then she got up and asked me to give her the application and resume in my hands, and that was it. (She never took it from me until the end of the interview.) I knew I didn't get the job, and I'm glad I didn't, because I was hard to even talk to that person.
