I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marshalls in Feb 2018
Interview
It was a pretty simple interview. Really basic questions and just getting a feel for the job and a chance for me to ask questions. There weren't many of the personality style questions so many places do.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marshalls (Tustin, CA) in Sep 2016
Interview
It was a group interview which was much to my surprise but there were little to no questions about who we were or where we had worked. But I guess this is understandable since I came in as a seasonal worker during the winter and they were honestly just looking for more help with the high traffic that comes at that particular time of the year for retail stores. After the season was over many of my seasonal co-workers where let go and I retained my position because they admired my great customer service and willingness to work.
