Marshalls interview questions

If you have and show all the necessary qualities to fill the job description, you'll go through 3 interviews. 1st interview with a manager 2nd interview with a key and if they really are interested in you you'll get an interview with the DM. It's really a smooth interview process.

There was a automated video interview, then there was a series of emails vetting my career aspirations, followed by an in person interview at one of their stores. After this it took about 2 days to hear back from the district manager with more info on salary and benefits. I didn’t like that some vital information or conditions about if I would be offered the position was withheld until after the (very nice) salary was offered though I think this was a unique situation. Overall the interview process itself was fairly average.
