Asked you to describe yourself and personality. Very simple and very to the point about the kind of person they are looking for. Everyone was very friendly. Genuinely wanted to know more about you.

I applied in store and received a call back around 2 weeks later for an interview. I had to go through two interviews by different managers. It was very simple and easy. I was practically guaranteed the job after the first interview, despite having had no prior paid work experience.
