Marshalls interview questions

Short and standard. I applied online and received a call back about an interview. Interview was mainly about my availability which was open. Other than that it was your standard interview questions. Why do you think you’d be an asset. Strengths/weaknesses etc.

I applied online and received an e-mail to schedule an interview after a week or two of applying. It was a pretty quick interview process. Since I had no prior work experience all of the questions were basically “describe a time when...?” and “what does...mean to you?”. It was a pretty cool and comfortable environment so I wasn’t as nervous as I usually was when it comes to interviews. The interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to. They are required to call your references after the interview if they are interested in hiring you, so make sure the numbers are up to date. I was offered the job 5 days after my interview.
