The interview process was very easy I got a call that they wanted to do an interview then I went. They ask you different questions I went through two interviews on the same day.

What experience do you have in retail?
Asked about availability, where do you work best at, and questions about you being part of a team. Also wanted to know if you have any leadership capabilities. Lastly about previous work experience.

Tell me about a time you worked with a difficult customer and/or employee
Was asked about where I saw myself in 5 years, past customer service experience, etc. If you list a language be prepared to speak it in the interview - especially Spanish or French
Applied online they called me and did a phone screening, and then invited me for an in person interview with the store manager. Process was simple and quick, and had no issues with any portion of the entire process.
