The interview process was very easy I got a call that they wanted to do an interview then I went. They ask you different questions I went through two interviews on the same day.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marshalls (Pompano Beach, FL) in May 2015
Interview
The process took about 1 or two weeks. I was interviewed twice in the same day, and the interviews were no longer that 10 minutes. The second manager was not as straight forward as the first manager interviewing me, He seemed more interested in me as a person and how I would fit in the environment rather my past accomplishments as my first interviewer.
Was asked about where I saw myself in 5 years, past customer service experience, etc. If you list a language be prepared to speak it in the interview - especially Spanish or French
Applied online they called me and did a phone screening, and then invited me for an in person interview with the store manager. Process was simple and quick, and had no issues with any portion of the entire process.
