I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Marshalls (South Plainfield, NJ) in Aug 2018
Interview
I was asked questions about myself and my experience. They also took into consideration my age and my skillset. The interview process was short but intensive. The managerial staff was nice and was interested in learning about me and accommodating my work schedule. They were open to allowing me to work a few hours a week because at the time I was a student.

Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact

Pretty short and straight to the point. Ask you basic scenarios, past work experiences, all that good stuff. They also ask technical questions like are you a us citizen and what not. But overall super easy.
