Interview
The first interview is a group interview with 2 of the store managers. They ask you and the others a few questions then ask you to pick an item they have displayed and try to sell it to them as if they were a customer. The second interview is individual with one store manager just to get to know you better as an individual.
The interview process consisted of getting to know you, why you would be a good fit for this role, asking questions on hypothetical situations as an associate, and your availability.

Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact

What's your greatest achievement or accomplishment
Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.
