Interview
It was pretty relaxed. There weren't a ton of tricky or detailed questions. Mainly, they just ask what would you do in a certain situation or ask about times where you have had to work in a team. They want to see if you are a problem solver and enjoy working with people.

If a customer has a question about a product or where merchandise is located or has a complaint and you do not know the answer, what would you do?
The interview process consisted of getting to know you, why you would be a good fit for this role, asking questions on hypothetical situations as an associate, and your availability.

Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact

What's your greatest achievement or accomplishment
Asked what availability I have for part time seasonal work. Asked about historical job experience, how to handle specific tasks, asked for references. Asked if you can lift to a certain weight and stock items etc.
