I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Marshalls (The Woodlands, TX) in Jul 2015
Interview
The process was very short and roughly casual. I was interviewed immediately upon walking in to submit my aplication. They asked me questions about my own personal interests and activities. They asked me to further elaborate on a few things on my resume and basically treated the interview like a conversation. After it was over they told me I was hired, but that they were also going to call my references, and I began working the next day.
The interview process consisted of getting to know you, why you would be a good fit for this role, asking questions on hypothetical situations as an associate, and your availability.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Marshalls
Interview
Cool process, nothing to worry about. Go in and be your best self. It was a fairly simple process more of a nice conversation, but still prepare I would say. Best tip I have is just have eye contact
