Marshalls Associate interview questions

I hired a babysitter and an uber to get to my interview, only to be immediately told that I wasn’t eligible for hire because I’d quit without notice when I worked there 12 years prior. the manager didn’t even come talk to me, they had the front associate relay the message to me

Simple straight to the point. Just wanted to know what you were good at so that they know where they can place you. The timing of your departure is also important. They dont want someone that will only be there for a minute!
