Interview
3 rounds process - HR, Managers and Head of IT.
Not very flexible in term of scheduling the interviews, they provide you with the date/time, you have to go with it because the interviewers are very busy. 2nd round interview with the Managers, enjoyed the conversation with both of them, very friendly and easy going, they seem to know what they are doing.
Got to the 3rd round, I was told they are 2 interviewers, but only one turn up. Few minutes into it, she turn off the camera, said need to bring her dog in. Then, keeps interrupting me when I talked. After about 20 mins, she told me she has another meeting soon. Glad that the call only lasted 30mins, as I cant continue to talk with her keep interrupting.
Very well organised and planned by the HR and the business team. Proper follow ups were done and all efforts were made to adjust the requirements. All inputs we're taken positively

Interview
Very Good. Only asked what they need for the job requirements and my expertise in that field. The interview process is very smooth and fast. As the company works on flood analysis knowledge on statistic and probability is a must.
