Marsh interview questions

Had an interview with both the Manager and Senior Manager. Got a call back the week after and got offered the job through a recruitment agency as a contractor. After 1 year, I got employed as a permanent staff

The interview process was very neat and friendly. Assessors were incredibly nice. My problem lay with the fact they announced to everyone at my Assessment Centre that they would get back to us within 3-4 days. They rejected me about 2-3 months later after ignoring every email (other candidates told me they had the same experience) and it took about another month after that to get feedback. They also say they will reimburse you for travel (around £80 for me) and never did. Just felt like such a scam considering the company itself is really impressive, so unprofessional.
