Marsh interview questions

I was referred to the company by an existing employee that I knew. They had many positive things to say about the company and their employment. I submitted my application through the company website and received a call from the recruiter within a couple days (maybe 3) for a pre-screen interview. The pre-screening was short and sweet. They asked me for my salary expectations, my reason for applying and to provide examples of relevant experience that would be applicable to the job. Within a week I received a video interview request with two of the company managers (one of which would be directly reporting to). The interview was relaxed and enjoyable. It involved testing my bilingual skills in both an oral and written setting. A week following the completion of the interview I received an offer and negotiated my terms. I accepted the final offer and began employment one month following my offer date. This allowed for them to complete my background check and confirm education as well as previous employment.

3 rounds of interview first with a manager of an area easy interview like a chat with some competency based questions. Second round with head of architecture more a conversation round technical strategy of the company. Third round was a technical interview, this didn't seem to have any structure at all to it just random chit chat and silly enough questions.
