Went through a couple months of interviews with HR, the team I was interviewing with, and management. The last interview ended with me being told I’d hear back from them. Two weeks went by so I followed up- nothing. Two more weeks so I followed again and was told they’d get back to me. That was about 3.5 weeks ago so at this point I am well aware they’re not offering me the job but the lack of communication for a company like this is embarrassing.
