Marsh interview questions

Applied online heard back from HR two days later. Had a phone screen and a day later heard back to request an interview. The interview with the hiring manager for the IT FP&A position was a embarrassment and so unprofessional the Manager took more than 10 minutes to show up and she had her cat in the background jumping around which was very distracting how is this professional and how is she the one doing the interviews. After our interview she said with a "smile" she goes im not the hiring manager its the VP you will meet with him next four days later I was rejected. One of the worst interview experiences I have ever experienced if you see this position open please avoid at all cost!

Started with basic questions about me and my career so far and the role, then i got to ask them questions, ended with STAR based questions. Simple and easy to follow.
