Interview
A phone interview with the company recruiter. She said that I would advance to the hiring manager interview, then she dropped off the face of the earth. I followed up via email, and she never responded. I also never received a rejection email. It was interesting that she pitched a salary range, and the maximum end of her range was $42,000 less than the maximum listed on the job posting. In retrospect maybe she was just using me as "guinea pig" too see what someone with my level of experience would accept. In addition to that, the fact that she was extremely polite on the phone, said she would get in touch to schedule the next interview, and then ghosted me speaks volumes about her and Marsh McLennan.
